how do you ship from japan to kazakhstan?+
we ship exclusively via japan post airmail. for smaller items (up to 2 kg) that's air small packet; heavier or bulkier orders go as air international parcel post. ems, sal, and surface/sea mail are currently unavailable to kazakhstan — airmail is the only option.
will i have to pay customs duties?+
parcels up to 200 eur in value and 31 kg in weight for personal use typically clear without duties. if the value exceeds 200 eur, a 15% duty applies to the amount over the limit. weight over 31 kg incurs a surcharge of at least 2 eur per extra kg. shipping and insurance costs are not counted toward the 200 eur threshold. all duties and taxes in kazakhstan are the recipient's responsibility — we estimate them in your quote so there are no surprises.
how do i pay? and when?+
we send a quote inside your dashboard. you confirm, and we send you a payment request straight to your banking app — one tap and it's done. nothing leaves our hands until payment is confirmed.

my order says "awaiting payment" forever — what gives?+
your dashboard always shows the live status: quote → awaiting payment → purchasing → received → shipped → delivered. if it sticks for more than a day, message us and we'll move it manually.
