the rules of the road.

1. Service description

hayapost is a proxy purchasing service. we act as your authorized agent to purchase goods from japanese retailers and forward them to your address in kazakhstan. we are not a retailer, marketplace, or logistics provider — we are an intermediary operating under our registered company.

2. Eligibility

by using hayapost you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the goods you request are legal to import into kazakhstan, and that you take responsibility for any customs duties or import taxes that apply in your country.

3. Order process

you submit an order request via the dashboard. we issue a quote covering the product price, our service fee, and shipping cost. you approve the quote and pay before we make any purchase. nothing is bought on your behalf until payment is confirmed.

4. Pricing & fees

shipping is charged at 1,000 ₸ per 100 g, door-to-door, with no additional surcharges. the product price is passed through at cost — we do not mark up the goods. our service fee, if applicable, is itemised separately in the quote.

5. Prohibited items

you may not request items that appear on our prohibited items list. this includes but is not limited to: explosives, flammable substances, narcotics, live animals, and obscene materials. orders found to contain prohibited items will be cancelled. refunds for such cancellations are issued at our discretion and may not cover the full purchase price.

6. Customs & duties

all parcels are declared at their actual value with an accurate description. import duties, VAT, and any customs fees charged by kazakhstan are your responsibility. we will estimate these in the quote where possible, but the final amount is determined by customs and may differ.

7. Liability

we are not liable for delays caused by customs, lost parcels after confirmed delivery, damage caused during carrier transit, or items that are out of stock, discontinued, or removed by the original seller after your order is placed. in the event of a carrier-caused loss, we will assist with the claim process on your behalf.

8. Refunds & returns

if a seller accepts a return, we will facilitate it. our service fee for handling a return is charged at cost. product refunds are issued once we receive the funds from the seller, which may take 7–30 business days depending on the retailer.

9. Changes to these terms

we may update these terms at any time. continued use of hayapost after a change is posted constitutes acceptance. material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
