hayapost is a proxy purchasing service operating the domain hayapost.com. we act as an intermediary to purchase goods from japan on behalf of customers in kazakhstan. "we", "us", and "our" refer to hayapost.

we collect the information you provide when you register (name, email address, delivery address, phone number) and when you place orders (product links, size/color preferences, order notes). we also collect basic usage data (pages visited, browser type, session duration) through analytics tools.
3. Why we collect it
we use your data to process and fulfil your orders, to communicate order status updates, to issue invoices and receipts, to comply with customs and legal requirements, and to improve our service. we do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
we share your delivery address and name with our shipping carriers (EMS Japan and the relevant Kazakhstan logistics partner) strictly to fulfil delivery. we may share minimal data with payment processors to complete transactions. all third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. How long we keep it
order records, invoices, and related data are kept for 5 years to comply with accounting and customs regulations. you may request deletion of your account and personal profile at any time — we will anonymise your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. you can also request a copy of the data we hold about you. to exercise any of these rights, write to hello@hayapost.com — we will respond within 14 business days.

your data is stored on encrypted servers. passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. we do not store payment card details — payment processing is handled by our payment provider. if we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
